Supernumerary tooth in the palatal side of the root tooth 1.1 not associated with root resorption in the 1.1. Pericoronary space normal.

Supernumerary teeth located in the maxillary midline are also known as mesiodens. It is important to check any root development alteration in the permanent teeth adjacent to the supernumerary tooth.
