Well-corticed lucency projects over the superior aspect of the distal-third of the right clavicle, in keeping with a supraclavicular foramen.
Lungs and pleural spaces are clear. Cardiomediastinal contour is normal allowing for rotation. VP shunt tubing noted.

Supraclavicular foramen is a normal anatomical variant and is an incidental finding.
