Suprasellar cistern tuber cinereum lipoma

Headache, with giddiness. Non-specific symptoms.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male

A T1 and T2 hyperintense lesion is seen in suprasellar cistern within the tuber cinereum. It is suppressed on the fat-saturated sequence.

Case Discussion

This is a characteristic location and presentation of suprasellar cistern lipoma.
