Intubated 1 day before radiograph. A mobile tooth was dislodged during intubation.

Age: 55 yrs

A missing tooth is seen on the left side of the abdomen at the L3 level.

Case Discussion

Anesthetist was the most happy person to see that tooth in abdomen, and not in air way.
