There is negative ulnar variance.
Delayed carpal bone formation.
Small radial ray metacarpal bones.
No ossification in the ulnar ray metacarpal bones.
Hypoplastic phalanges with no ossification.

Symbrachydactyly is determined as a patient that has syndactyly co-occurring with brachydactyly. Often, this condition is unilateral.
