Multiple intra-articular loose bodies are seen in the left shoulder.
Case Discussion
In view of relatively younger age group, and lack of degenerative changes, primary synovial chondromatosis was considered. Typical appearance excludes any other differential, however, the shoulder is relatively uncommon site.
