Soccer player with pain on dorsiflexion of the foot and a known "talar beak" Surgery planning.

Patient Data

Age: 25
Gender: Male

Bony outgrowth at the lateral dorsal talar neck projecting distally (also known as talar beak). Fluid collections in the tendon sheaths of the EDL above and beneath the retinaculum and the EHL beneath the retinaculum (seen on the sagittal soft-tissue window MPRs). Osteoarthritis of the ankle joint with an osteochondral defect at the central trochlea.
