Talonavicular joint dislocation. Subtalar joint malalignment. Bony fragments lie adjacent to the distal fibular.
Case Discussion
Isolated talonavicular dislocations are rare and often occur with subtalar dislocation. In this case it is difficult to know definitively whether this injury is an isolated talonavicular dislocation with subtalar joint subluxation or a peritalar dislocation (talonavicular plus subtalar dislocations).
