Case Discussion

Tenosynovial giant cell tumors are usually benign lesions that arise from the tendon sheath. On imaging, these lesions are commonly demonstrated as localized, solitary, subcutaneous soft tissue nodules, with low T1 and T2 signal and moderate enhancement. Palmar fibromatosis also is in the differential diagnosis of the mentioned mass.
