Heterogeneous echogenicity left testis with no internal vascularity at the time of examination. Unremarkable right testicle.
Heterogeneous echogenicity left testis without any internal vascularity, suggestive of testicular torsion.
Case Discussion
Procedure: Left orchiectomy.
Diagnosis: Necrotic testicular parenchyma with extensive hemorrhage, consistent with hemorrhagic necrosis secondary to testicular torsion. Negative for malignancy.
