Presentation

Painless right scrotal swelling for one month

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male

The right testicle is enlarged with a markedly heterogeneous grayscale appearance and increased flow on color Doppler imaging. The appearance is not specific, but concerning for a malignant.

There is no calcification in the right testicular mass. There is a thin rim of normal parenchyma at the lower pole. Arterial as well as venous flow is detected in mass. testicular tumor.
