MRI showed an apparent T2-hypointense, T1-isointense lesion with irregular borders at the mediastinum testis, that enhanced with gadolinium. The left epididymis was difficult to visualize, probably atrophic. Large left hydrocele. The right scrotal contents appear normal.
Case Discussion
Open incisional biopsy was performed. Histology showed marked stromal fibrosis and mild chronic non-specific inflammation. No malignancy.
