Presentation

History of transposition of the great arteries, having undergone a Mustard repair at 1 year of age.

Patient Data

Age: 14 years
Gender: Unknown

The heart is just a little enlarged but there is gross enlargement of the pulmonary arteries, consistent with severe pulmonary arterial hypertension. The lungs are clear with no areas of consolidation or collapse.
