There are multiple healing bilateral rib fractures and comminuted sternal body fractures. There are also mild T4 and T5 wedge compression fractures and a severe wedge compression fracture of T10 associated with gas and mild spinal canal compression (less than 20%).
Case Discussion
This is a case of multiple chest fractures due to a major trauma some weeks ago, there are associations of bilateral rib fractures, multiple sternal fractures and multiple vertebral bodies wedge compression fractures.
