CT through the orbits shows enlargement of the superior, inferior and medial rectus muscles, sparing tendinous insertions.

Note the resemblance of the enlarged medial rectus muscles on the axial images to the shape of the Coca-Cola bottle. The belly is wide (like the body of the bottle), and the tendinous insertion narrow (like the neck of the bottle).
