Car accident.

Patient Data

Gender: Male

Lipohemarthrosis.

Comminuted tibial and displaced fracture involving both medial and lateral tibial plateaus as well as the tibial eminence. The lateral tibial plateau is depressed. Extension into the metadiaphysis. Schaztker type VI. 

Displaced and comminuted proximal fibular shaft fracture.
