Persistent opacity at the posterior costophrenic angle. Patient has chronic cough.

Patient Data

Age: 35
Gender: Female
x-ray

Posterior costophrenic sulcus opacity, that persist on follow up chest radiographs.

Scoliosis of the thoracic spine is seen.

Small left Bochdalek hernia associated with subsegmental atelectasis at the adjacent left lower lobe.

Incidental finding of tracheal bronchus. 

Right middle lobe scaring and mild broncheiactasis.

Scoliosis of the thoracic spine.
