Presentation

Hematuria.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Male

Ultrasound of the bladder outlines a polypoid 3cm mass projecting into the bladder lumen consistent with a TCC of the bladder.

CT with contrast in the bladder outlines a polypoid 3 cm mass projecting into the bladder lumen consistent with a TCC of the bladder.

Case Discussion

Transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder was subsequently confirmed histologically.
