Hematuria
Patient Data
CT scan through the abdomen and pelvis demonstrate large polypoid soft tissue mass projecting into the bladder lumen which cause obliteration of the bladder. There is no associated lymphadenopathy or definite invasion into the seminal vesicles, but the fat plane between bladder and seminal vesicle is miledly obliterated.
The right uretovesical junction is obilterated and there is mild dilatation of right ureter. In addition the right renal pelvis is larger and distended than the left side and is virtually extrarenal and should not to be mistaken for hydronephrosis. There is a large simple cortical cyst in the upper pole of the left kidney.
Case Discussion
