Presentation

Vague right-sided pelvic pain.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Male

CT demonstrates a large bladder mass invading into perivesical fat and right pelvic wall. Note osseous erosion through the medial wall of right acetabulum (quadrilateral plate). There is associated with right-sided hydronephrosis.

TCC of the bladder was confirmed histologically.
