Transvaginal ultrasound shows a right tubal ectopic measuring 13 x 12 x 14 mm with no fetal heart beat. Right corpus luteum. Small volume pelvic free fluid. Normal (retroverted) uterus and left ovary.
Case Discussion
Beta hCG was initially 270 mIU/mL and it increased to 312 mIU/mL two days later. History of prior PID.
