Tubal ectopic pregnancy

Presentation

6 weeks of amenorrhea. Positive urine pregnancy test on the day of US. Lower abdominal pain. Abdominal TL few years back.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female
ultrasound

Right adnexa shows an echogenic ring. Within it, there is a gestational sac (8 mm) with a yolk sac (3 mm) and a fetal pole (1.4 mm) without cardiac activity.

Right adnexa shows hemorrhagic clot (about 45 x 40 x 35 mm).

Right ovary shows corpus luteum (17 mm).

Left ovary appears normal.
