Destruction of T12, L1 and L2 vertebral bodies with loss of intervertebral disc spaces, sclerosis of the vertebral bodies and kyphotic deformity. Multiple collections are seen within the bilateral psoas and left erector spinae muscles, left paraspinal region and right pleural space.
