Diffuse colorectal circumferential increased wall thickness is present accompanied by surrounding fat stranding and multiple small pericolic enlarged lymph nodes.

Known pathology proven case of ulcerative colitis, an inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) that not only predominantly affects the colon, but also has extraintestinal manifestations.
