Presentation

Injury to thumb few days back.

Patient Data

Age: 56 yrs
Gender: Male

A bone flake is noted at distal insertion site of ulnar collateral ligament of 1st metacarpo-phalangeal joint. A cortical defect is noted at base of proximal phalanx.

Diffuse hypoechoic echopattern, thickening of ulnar collateral ligament is noted.

No joint effusion is noted.
