Presentation

Thumb trauma - 4 wks back. C/o pain.

Patient Data

Age: about 35-40 yrs.
Gender: Male

Radiograph was not available.

Ulnar collateral ligament on symptomatic side: hypoechoic, thicker without loss of continuity.

Ulnar collateral ligament on asymptomatic side: fibrillar echopattern, normal thickenss.

Stress view of bilateral metacarpo-phalangeal joints: no joint opening.
