Ulnar collateral ligament on symptomatic side: hypoechoic, thicker without loss of continuity.
Ulnar collateral ligament on asymptomatic side: fibrillar echopattern, normal thickenss.
Stress view of bilateral metacarpo-phalangeal joints: no joint opening.

Findings suggest ulnar collateral ligament sprain involving thumb.
