Ulnar nerve entrapment syndrome in cubitus valgus

Presentation

History of elbow fracture with residual valgus deformity. Numbness and tingling of the 5th finger.

Patient Data

Age: 45
Gender: Female

The ulnar nerve in the cubital tunnel apppears thickend and shows increased signal on T2 weighted images. It seems to be extended over the medial aspect of the humeral condyle.

Case Discussion

Ulnar neuropathy was confirmed by neurophysiologic testing.
