Presentation
Human bite injury - medial elbow - Few days. NCV - ulnar neuropathy. Referred for ulnar nerve tracing and to look for injury.

Affected short segment of nerve is about 15-20 mm length. It shows increased cross-sectional area of ulnar nerve above medial epicondyle and is more hypoechoic. No discontinuity is noted. No perineural or intraneural mass lesion.
The asymptomatic side shows normal cross-sectional area of ulnar nerve above medial epicondyle.
