Age: 30 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Mildly displaced transverse fracture of the proximal ulnar shaft.

Overlying soft tissue swelling.

No angulation present.

The radius is intact and the PRUJ and DRUJ are normally aligned.

Believe it or not, this patient was hit across the forearm with an iron bar as he raised it over his head for self protection.
