Undescended intra-abdominal testes located at iliac regions anterior to the external iliac vessels, which appear small in size.

Empty scrotal sac.

Case Discussion

Cryptorchidism refers to an absence of testes in the scrotal sac. It may be therefore refer to an undescended testes, ectopic testes, atrophic or absent testes.
