Case Discussion
Cryptorchidism is usually identified in childhood. The location of the testes outside of the scrotum can have implications for fertility and an increased risk of malignancy if left uncorrected.
Diffusion weighted MRI sequences can be exquisite at identifying an intra-abdominal testis as a normal testis exhibits an intense diffuse restriction.
