Primary infertility for 3 years.

Fluoroscopy

Banana like appearance uterine shape that is seen deviated to the right side. It has a solitary fallopian tube.  Peritoneal contrast spillage demonstrated in the described tube. No demonstrable rudimentary horn.

Case Discussion

Unicornuate uterus shows arrested development of one duct and normal development of the other one. It is a type of Mullerian duct anomaly. Unicornis unicollis is a class II Mullerian duct anomaly.
