CT IVP, i.e. initial injection of radiographic contrast (30 ml) followed by a delay of 15 minutes then dynamic contrast enhanced scan with 70 ml of contrast.
Case Discussion
This finding is commonly seen on ultrasound but rarely on CT - should not be confused with bladder pathology and can be quite striking as in this case.
