Calculus coronal height up to 5 mm in left side ureter proximal segment adjacent to UPJ and hydronephrosis and hydroureter upstream are seen. Another calcified focus with coronal height up to 8 mm in left side pelvic cavity adjacent to distal ureteral segment is seen which is a phlebolith one of the mimics of the ureteral stone.
Case Discussion
The case is an upper segment ureter calculus adjacent to UPJ and left side pelvic cavity phlebolith with coronal height of 8 mm which is one of the mimics of distal ureteral stone.
