Presentation

Severe lower abdominal pain and dysuria. Long standing pain and patient refused any intervention.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Midline radiopaque shadow in the course of the penile urethra.

ct

Large opaque stone in the course of the anterior urethra measuring 17 mm x 7 mm, density ~3050 HU.

No acute or complete obstruction, as no hydronephrosis/hydroureter.
