History of balanitis xerotica obliterans.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male
Fluoroscopy

Multifocal irregularity of both the anterior and posterior urethra, most pronounced in the bulbous urethra.

Fluoroscopy

Anatomy of the normal urethra on ascending urethrogram.

Case Discussion

Urethral strictures may be focal or multifocal, the latter being less common and presenting more challenging management.

Strictures often occur in the context of inflammatory condition balanitis xerotica obliterans.
