Presentation

Dysuria and intermittent bladder outlet obstruction.

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

A star-shaped stone is seen within the urinary bladder.

There is a 30 x 35 mm star-shaped hyperdense stone within the urinary bladder associated with urinary bladder wall thickening.

The prostate is enlarged measuring about 50 x 55 mm.

Right inguinal hernia containing omental fat is seen.

Surgical fixation along with the right proximal femur is seen.
