Marked increase of uterine volume and thickness of the endometrial wall, with central hypodense fluid , measures 16.5 x 9,5 x 11, 2 cm in its longitudinal, anteroposterior and transverse diameter respectively, compresses the distal ureters. It have a cystic ovaries with septa. Moderate bilateral hydronephrosis.
