Presentation

Disturbed menstuation (menorrhagia)

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Female

Multiple interstitial and subserous uterine lesions that display an isointense signal on T1 and hypointense signal on T2/STIR without significant enhancement after IV contrast.

Endometrial polyp displays isosignal on T1 and hypointense signal to the rest of endometrium on T2 with no significant enhancement
