Presentation

Chronic pelvic discomfort. Enlargement and deformity of the uterus on ultrasound.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Female

Single axial T2-weighted image shows inhomogeneous, mainly T2 hypointense exophytic uterine lesions containing cystic, T2 hyperintense locules. Findings could represent uterine leiomyomas.
