Presentation

Lower pelvic pain. History of prior gynecologic surgery.

Patient Data

Age: 15 years
Gender: Female
  • complete duplication of uterine horns as well as duplication of cervix

  • right renal agenesis

Case Discussion

The findings are of a uterus didelphys and a unilateral right renal agenesis - a common association. There is a history of prior surgery, which was for a vaginal septum which had been obstructing the right uterus.
