Loss of normal T1 marrow signal from C5-T3 with post contrast enhancement. Associated enhancing soft tissue within the neural exit foramina from C7/T1 to T2/3 with enhancing anterior epidural soft tissue mass C7-T3. No cord compression. No abnormal cord signal.
Case Discussion
This patient had a history of breast cancer a few years ago with no known metastatic disease. These changes almost certainly represent skeletal metastases with spread into the adjacent neural exit foramina and anterior epidural space.
