PH of surgery to the left frontal lobe (years ago). Now seizures.

Urgent non-contast CT to exclude gross tumor recurrence

Atrophy in the left frontal lobe with low density and atrophy along the cortico-spinal tract through the posterior limb of the internal capsule into the left cerebral peduncle and pons.

Case Discussion

CT findings are only detected when there is well established atrophy along the cortico-spinal white matter tract as a result of damage to the cortical neurons in the left pre-central gyrus.
