Wilson's disease

6 year old child with worsening gait and cerebellar signs.

Patient Data

Age: 6 years

During the present follow up there was hyperintensity within the pons and middle cerebellar peduncle which shows diffusion restriction. The typical symmetric basal ganglia, involving caudate nuclei, putamina, as well as ventrolateral thalamai, hyperintentensities. No diffusion restriction is seen in the basal ganglia region.
