Presentation

Diabetic female with urinary tract infection.

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Female

The right kidney is globally enlarged (reniform enlargement) and is replaced by multiple rounded fluid-density areas. A staghorn calculus is present in the renal pelvis with a thickened wall and another in lower pole of kidney.
