Zinner syndrome

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male

Left ejaculatory duct obstruction with cystic dilatation of the left seminal vesicle and vas deferens. Left ureterocele is seen, possibly opening into the dilated left seminal vesicle. These are hyperintense on T1 suggesting hemorrhagic / proteinaceous contents.
Dilated left vas deferens is seen to extend anteriorly up to the superior aspect of the
left inguinal canal.
Left kidney is not visualized in the left renal fossa.
Left testis is not visualized in the left hemiscrotum and is possibly seen in the left iliac region.

Case Discussion

Overall findings are suggestive of Zinner syndrome.
