The pituitary is normal in size and signal intensity. The infundibulum is midline.
There is a 7 x 12 mm sharply circumscribed high T2 signal region in the anterior pituitary gland on the right side likely representing a Rathke cleft cyst.
Optic chiasm, cavernous sinuses, and suprasellar region appear unremarkable.
The remainder of the imaged brain appears unremarkable.
