The Department of Radiology, Radiation Oncology and Nuclear Medicine at the Université de Montréal is comprised of over 225 faculty members involved in clinical, research and teaching activities. Its affiliated teaching hospitals include the Centre hospitalier de l’Université de Montréal, Hôpital Maisonneuve-Rosemont, Hôpital du Sacré-Cœur de Montréal, Institut de cardiologie de Montréal and the pediatric Centre hospitalier universitaire Sainte-Justine.

In addition to over 60 residents, the department offers fellowships in nearly all subspecialty areas. Various opportunities in both fundamental and clinical research are offered, favouring translational research thanks to numerous collaborations. Amongst these are well-developed relations with scientists from different domains including affiliations with biomedical departments in several technological universities.
