Branching opacity is most in keeping with a bronchocoele. No evidence of continuation with the remainder of the bronchial tree, and surrounding hyperlucency suggests congenital bronchial atresia with a secondary bronchocoele. This is likely incidental to presentation, and no cause for hemoptysis is seen.
