The presence of multiple concenctric calcified masses in the suprapatellar bursa is in keeping with synovial osteochondromatosis. 

Occasionally the differential between a bone infarct and an enchondroma can be difficult on AP film; howeve in lateral projection as in this example, synovial osteochondromatosis and enchondroma are easily differentiated.
